Mr Mumford was most helpful with a particular request I had when viewing the vehicle, I wanted a fine coach line putting on the vehicle and he was able to source a company who ultimately carried out this work for me at a very reasonable price.

Collection was quick and seamless with the 5 day insurance. Phil provided a thorough demonstration of the vehicle. There was a scuff on the inside pax door which was dealt with the next day when I went back in and the staff were very quick to resolve

It was going really well until the technician handed me back my car and told me I had a puncture and gave me my keys and walked off. I got into the vehicle and it said DO NOT DRIVE THIS CAR! I left the vehicle and tyre was flat. More words needed

Expensive! Couple minor things. Car not completely ready when message said it was. Needed a 'hose down'. Service agent noticed it was dirty so got someone to 'hose it down' his words. Coolant warning light still on after works. Had to return

No issues with the work, but prices for the parts I needed (tyres) were 50% higher than an equivalent item rom another garage. This meant I couldn't get all the work done in one visit.

I have only 2 comments: 1) The Double Screens setup at the Service Advisers Desks Create a barrier and reduce the space available to interact. 2) Both in the lavatories and in the public areas there are no bins anywhere.

I have already said that the excercise in reviewing an free inspection of the car and then saying in the report re brakes 20% worn and in the next column quote a price to replace was bizarre, this was on several issues .
