Not familiar yet with the changes from my previous x1. I am a bit handicapped and rely on the door handles for stability when getting into or out of the car. On my previous x1 they could be gripped from above and below whereas new x1 only from below

Customer experience very good drive in service centre friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars but dash rattle resolution work, on my drive home realised the dashboard trim wasn't pushed back in place had 1cm gap across dashboard. I pushed back in.

Disappointed how I was spoken to by the service receptionist when inquiring for an update on my car. Also very frustrated that I wasn't given a loan vehicle whilst my vehicle was in the workshop for a high voltage battery issue.

My vehicle went in for a standard service. However there was a recommendation to replace the rear tyres which I authorised. The wrong tyres were ordered added a second day to my service. Correct tyres ordered only 1 available 3 day to my service

Easy to book, courtesy of staff. Having my car serviced, recall issue dealt with etc in timely way so I could collect the car ahead of rush hour traffic. Can feel positive difference when driving after service. I appreciate the clean & valet too.

Car failed MOT because of tyres. I authorised the work to be carried out, but they couldn't do it as tyre machine wasn't working, and they didn't have enough time to fit me to. Plus no courtesy car to be provided, so ment I could not drive my car.

Very happy, but the jobs went on longer than expected, but I was continually updated. Would've had a hire car, but it was too expensive and no offer was made to accommodate this. Also, I don't think our car was washed and hovered as stated.
