Mr Mumford was most helpful with a particular request I had when viewing the vehicle, I wanted a fine coach line putting on the vehicle and he was able to source a company who ultimately carried out this work for me at a very reasonable price.

It was going really well until the technician handed me back my car and told me I had a puncture and gave me my keys and walked off. I got into the vehicle and it said DO NOT DRIVE THIS CAR! I left the vehicle and tyre was flat. More words needed

Expensive! Couple minor things. Car not completely ready when message said it was. Needed a 'hose down'. Service agent noticed it was dirty so got someone to 'hose it down' his words. Coolant warning light still on after works. Had to return

No issues with the work, but prices for the parts I needed (tyres) were 50% higher than an equivalent item rom another garage. This meant I couldn't get all the work done in one visit.

After a clean noticed some damage to my vehicle which I believed had happened at the dealership. Was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. Felt like the issue could have been dealt with at the time. Manager I ended up dealing with resolved.

As above,your booking confirmation states our expert technician will be attending to your car, I had an apprentice work on my car, which is fair enough, everyone needs on the job education, however apprentice supervision was clearly lacking.
