Unfortunately my car insurance had expired. I always knew I would have to get temporary insurance. The delivery was delayed twice. One of these times was due to the delivery vehicle breaking down.

I phoned to place an order for parts for which payment was required up front, I paid but BMW did not place the order. I had to call to find out what the delay was, and a it wasn't explained. It was over 10 days before the parts were ready to collect.

Wrong diagnosis charged £250 for Couldn't advise on a timescale for part and this made me look elsewhere and saved me £2500 Safety check advised 1 red priority tyre required due to leak and metal in it. Was a piece of plastic in tread and no leak???

Staff friendly and helpful, particularly Ryan who was the technician who worked on my car - he came out on a road test with me to identify a couple of faults, was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the faults and fixed them perfectly.

Had probs with two BMW and nothing was sorted out, felt like it was just left out back and nothing done. Seems like master tech don't like getting hands dirty. I will be moving over to a different car next time I buy.

They booked me in fast, they worked at a very good pace on the car and so far my BMW is a joy to drive. It s not a full 5 stars as the car was not washed when handed to me and they did charged me for the investigation and for some of the work.

The service too about 2 hours, which is good as we were able to wait if necessary. I love that the car is always beautifully cleaned inside and outside. I also like the video of the underneath of the car as it puts my mind at rest that all is ok.

They had my my car for day. Found it had a very very small puncture hole .corrected the problem,cleaned my car inside and out.l collected it within8 hrs of dropping it off. No problems since-fingers crossed!!

The issues were part availability knowing it was in for a recall and the fact that the curtesy car was not to the standard of the car I drive. I was not offered in anyway any reductions on the service my car was my car was also in for due to the issu

Because i had difficulty in finding mechanics to deal with the issue i had, and it only took them 20 min to find the issue (and more that needs to be done ),and i am happy because now i know i can drive safely on the road.

I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an mot and wash. It was to long to wait this time. Normally it isnt that long, but this time it was to long.

I found my first experience of buying and part exchanging a car much easier than I had expected. Nigel was very helpful and informative but not pushy, which I appreciated.
