I was extremely well looked after by Jemma, nothing was too much trouble. She was very patient in the early part when I could not make up my mind which option to go for. I would also like to mention the ladies on reception who greeted me with a smile

I was able to drop off my car early in the morning and collect a courtesy car. Later that morning I received a video of the inspection carried out on my car. When I arrived in the afternoon to pick up my car, it had been cleaned.

All staff were welcoming and efficient. Reception staff were easily contactable and reliable. Callum Capper took as much time as was needed to meet our requirements and negotiate finance with Steve Hunter - both exemplary members of staff.
